Lighthearted Beauty and Lifestyle... Honestly.

I have officially got through an entire year of LookFantastic Beauty Box without feeling disappointed! This has been such an amazing treat to receive every single month and I’m looking forward to the next year of boxes. December’s theme was Beauty in Wonderland, which is the same as the LookFantastic advent calendar this year. If you want to sign up, you can do so here and you can use the code HELEN-R5E to save money on your first box – it’s £13 a month without a discount so it’s already a bargain!

As always, the first item we received is Elle magazine, which is worth £4.30 in itself. We also get the mini Beauty Box magazine which outlines the different products inside the box, as well as mini articles about other products or relevant topics. For an exciting bonus, we also got a £5 off voucher on our next LookFantastic shop (with no minimum spend)!

First is the Polaar Genuine Lapland Hand Cream which smells devine and feels so luxe compared to my usual Superdrug one. This is a decent size at 25ml and worth £4.71 but the full-size one is £14.14 and 75ml. It’s the perfect size for my handbag!

Next is the Bubble T blueberry bathbomb, which is a limited edition one for this box. You can buy it on the Bubble T website for £4.99 so this is obviously a full-size product. This will be great for a quick pamper sesh on the lead up to Christmas.

This is a brand I’ve never heard of! The SukiSkincare Exfoliate Foaming Cleanser is a 7.5ml sample worth £1.54 (compared to the full-size 120ml which is just over £28). It feels like a sugar lip scrub yet cleanses and foams up to remove makeup. Magical.

It’s always a great box when we get makeup! This is a full-size MDMFlow matte lipstick in the shade Bossy, which is a beautiful ‘greige’ nude. It’s really longwearing and looks great on the lips. This is worth £15!

We’ve had Gatineau products quite a few times in the LookFantastic Beauty Box, so I wasn’t surprised to see the Collagene Expert from the brand in this month’s selection. This is a serum for anti-aging that smooths and plumps skin. This is a small sample at 5ml but the full-size one is £64 and 30ml making this one worth £10.67.

Lastly is the Figs & Rouge Hydra-Activ Smart Nutrient Day Cream. Hyaluronic acid works really well with my skin because I need the moisture! This is a travel-sized product at 20ml and worth £11.20. The full-size is £28 and 50ml, but as I always say, travel-sized products give you a chance to try out some new products on your skin before you make a big purchase!

The total worth of this month’s box (including the £5 voucher) is just over £57, which is a bargain compared to the £13 a month we pay! Again, there is a discount code (HELEN-R5E) if you sign up using this link, which gets you some money off!

I do have an unboxing on my YouTube channel if you would like to see me try out a few products – you can watch it below! And make sure to subscribe if you enjoy my videos!
