Simply sweep something pale on the lid and coat your lashes with some blue mascara to create something subtle, yet dramatic.
JUST THE TIP
Do a neutral eye look with cool browns and beige or peaches, followed by normal brown or black mascara near the roots of your lashes. Top it off with blue mascara on the tips for an interesting take on an everyday look.
Embrace the colour fully and use blue eyeliner or shadow to line your eyes, with the blue mascara to match. You can either coat both the top and bottom lashes with blue or choose one set!
Keep eyeshadow fairly neutral with a peachy transition shade (or something neutral to your skintone) and a light lid colour, but contrast it with blue shadow and liner on the lower lashline. Keep the top lashes black or brown, but go for blue on the bottom lashes.
If you are planning on wearing blue mascara, keep the rest of your makeup nice and neutral. Don’t go overboard with blush in particular and keep your lips nude. Too much colour will result in your makeup looking a bit more child-raiding-mum’s-old-makeup-bag than effortlessly fashionable.

Will you be braving the blue for this trend?
